Santōka Alarm
日本語EN

naked, being hit by the naked child

hadaka de hadaka no ko ni tatakarete iru

1934–1936 · To the mountains, to the waters
Sōmokutō · Walking Mountains, Walking Waters (Sankō suikō)

Notes

In the heat he too is naked, the child naked as well. Roughhousing, he lets himself be hit, taking it as it comes. The frankness of skin against skin becomes the unguarded intimacy of a summer's day.
